Several years ago I did a series of on-location recordings with the Korg D-8, an early low-featured version of your new multi-tracker. Very serviceable, very versatile. Looks like the recording has a much better quality than your boss, especially on the noise level. About the recording: great, only the pann seems to be a bit out of center. The compo: nice song, a bit long, could use a bridge somewhere. There's one thing you need to change: the harsh sound you're using at +/- 42 sec, the idea of putting it there is good, but it's sounds way to harsh... unless my ears are getting old... Hardware threads (unless informative) since we know very well the pros and cons of each side. So stick with what you're comfortable with... ....and Thanks for the music !!!
