most certainly wouldn't sound out of place at Cafe del Mar. Lovely chillout ambient feel. The synth sound at the start... sort of like a fluttering panpipe.. wouldn't be from a korg would it by any chance? Sounds very similar to one of my favourite patches on what was my 1st "real" synth years ago, a Korg 01/W, heard it on a few korg machines since then in various forms. I've been looking at the Ambient/Trance section where I first posted the song,not realizing that there's a section for this at the bottom and just thought that Thom had not uploaded it yet. Thank you so much for all the kind comments on the song,it turned out great,thanks Thom. @Paul The sound you're referring to is from EastWest Chillout Ambient Collection,but I suspect it was taken from a Korg,maybe the M1,not sure.I used to have the Korg Triton Extreme also but got rid of it just last year.
