I am always striving for more clarity in my mixes and an integral part of this process,is choosing VST's that really pop in a mix(such as Trillian Bass Module and Kontakt 5's Drum Lab.) As for working under water...it's simple,as all of my gear is coated with a hydrophobic compound.
