Title: Downhome & Cosmic
Post by: elwoodblues1969 on August 05, 2007, 03:14:04 PM
A friend of mine asked me to do sort of a bluegrass version of my music from one of my comedy cd's & this is the result(without the movie samples,of course).

Thom,

Some interesting musical ideas explored here, and top notch synthetic instrument sounds.
A suggestion might be to limit the number of repeated phrases in order to hold the listener's attention and improve the flow of the composition. Perhaps cut the number of repetitions by half - the song would be short, but sweet!

Lots of fun!

Oren.

Oren,

Thanks for the input & I agree on all points that you are making, based on the song as it is here, without the movie samples.I think perhaps if the movie samples were included here,it might hold the listener's attention a bit more, but I could be wrong on that thought.
I'm very pleased with your comments-thanks again.
