Well, I've read a lot of your posts and was looking forward to listening to your music. But, unfortunately this is one of those that won't download for me. I'm sure the planets will align correctly on one of yours down the road Wink

Hi Fred,

This music file is not corrupted,as I had no problem downloading it.
I use my Creative media player to playback songs on this forum & I have never had a problem.
Perhaps you are using Windows media player to listen to songs?
If not,I suppose that some aspect of your operating system is not compatible with certain audio files?
I'm not computer savy enough to pinpoint your problem, but I know that from time to time, other people on this forum have had problems downloading songs for some reason.
I would try using a different media player to try & download my song-just to see what happens.

Thanks for your interest. Cool

Nice sounds, and the bass and drums work really well. I think it might need a lead melody though or, failing that, a bit more variation to hold the listener's interest.

F.M.,

Thanks for the input & I'm glad you like it,but just to make you aware,as I did with the folks here when I first started posting,I compiled a bunch of songs from my various albums and left out the movie samples & sound effects to be in accordance with the forum rules,as some of the samples are from R rated films.

Aside from that though, the song is only 2 minutes & 18 seconds anyway,so I feel that there is enough variation in the song.
I would agree however, for what it is here, yes it would be more interesting if say, this music was in a movie or if I added vocals to it,but to me,this song can stand on it's own as it is, because of it's short length & I am content with it's simplicity, overall.

I really do appreciate your opinion though,as I am always open to everyone's input. Cool

This definitely comes over either as a backing track, or an action sequence. A city search/chase maybe.

Hmmm. You don't have any connections to MI5 by any chance Smiley

Nice little snappy tune, Elwood. Like the fast finger guitar sound. Don't know if I could play that on a real guitar.  Wink Grin

Martin,

As you've probably noticed, that fast guitar picking track was quantized,as I don't think my timing alone could have pulled it off. Grin

Thanks for the comments.
