so Wyatt, you live equidistant to oceans?

OMAHA!!!!!

 say "hi" to my daughter!

Haha..close, Def..one of the best kept secrets in the country..dang, I jest let the cat out of the bag.  Grin

It tried to snow here once this year, but didn't..saw a bluebird today, and I still go outside in a t-shirt..climate is almost as good as Hawaii without all the danged rain..I am surrounded by gentle foothills and thousands of acres of the Big Peace and Quiet..deer, bobcat, cougar, coyote, turkey, and cattle.

..of course I still have a work-boat..but I'm only on step three and it's a twelve step program!   Cheesy

Wyatt

Nice photos..thanks for sharing your trip!

hmm 12 steps
I NEVER get past step one.

well how 'bout that foosball!
(is it over yet?)

I'm currently at an Indian casino in Coos Bay because it got way late/foggy to drive.

I'm looking towards spending new year's eve charting KvR Kontest tunes because  I need to finish that chore; a chore it is for me because I indiscriminately  use ambiguous methods of judging other's work.

i.e I have no ideas or maybe too many ideas how to.
probably both.
forever clueless.

Plans already made mate Cheesy

In just under 2 1/2 hours  I shall wander out of my front door with a very full glass of Baileys, wish the good health of my neighbours and watch the free firworks display put on by all those in town who decided to buy them.

Living half-way up a hill overlooking most of the Medway area I expect to see a good show wOO

@Oren I see you've already penned the first two lines of your new song Wink

@L.R. Not bad, not bad at all. Not quite up to the standards of London or Edinburgh Grin

Its been nasty here, LR. Nice this morning, but the rain came down in sheets yesterday afternoon. Lucky I got out first thing in the morning to repair the fence (the wind knocked down a couple sections) befor the rains hit. Suffered the old scrated gonads on the way back over the fence though Cheesy

The wind was unbelievable on Friday. Actually kept people in the foothills from making it to work.

Felt sorry for the folks in the mountains with a few areas getting +100 mph wind gusts (the highest in the Valley was 82, 72 in my area). Blizzard conditions and a a real mess up there in the Sierras.

Good thing is... no serious flooding in our area, and I keep looking up at the ceiling...but no leaks yet Grin

Its settling down a bit today. Thanks for asking!!

btw, did you see Pittsburgh just give the game away at the end yesterday? Terrible coaching Tongue
