Bartender, may I have another coffee, please ? Max... .. . I'll take one too...in the morning around 4 am ... that's when F1 is live here. Folks are pretty nutty in my neck of the woods, Max. My friend Russ is traveling 30 minutes to be at my house by 4 for the pre-race show Hey, if you can't be a little silly now and then, things can get pretty dull in a hurry, right?

Ferrari did an excellent qualifying (1, 3) with Alonso 2nd but I think Kubica is no more an outsider and he can do well tomorrow.
Cheers

It's a shame that the track is pole=win, but it was quite a goods race anyway. Some fine driving, but also a bit of nastiness playing bumper cars That was one hell of a crash earlier for the guy to (almost) walk away from!

I heard next year there will be new rules and it'll be much different from the current season. With slick tyres, significantly reduced downforce and energy recovery systems giving them temporary boosts of extra power, Formula 1 cars are going to be very different animals next year. from :http://www.itv-f1.com/Feature.aspx?Type=Mark_Hughes

The basis for most of these changes is to reduce costs. But, my guess is teams are just going to find another way to heat the tires...probably at more expense. And the slicks; didn't they just start requiring the grooves a couple years back? Opinions are that the FIA just doesn't get it, and the more changes they make to reduce costs, the more is necessarily spent on development. For example, take the change from 10 to 8 cylinder engines last year. And, any changes really won't keep costs low enough to keep undersponsored teams afloat...Super Aguri for example.
