Hi NeoN

This is very good. i loved the guitar arp, reminded me of the cocteau twins a bit, but without the heavy effects.
A nice tone !

I like the structure of this track, the melody, it'll be a killer once you add vocals !
I look forward to it

Cheers

It really doesn't need words
Hi there !
This is really cool ! I love it. Your playing is really expressive.
You soon have the feeling it's a real instrument and not a vst emulation. Wink
A fine work

Cheers

It gives the song a new dimension, very human.
You should send your track to Neon so that it can be remixed.
At the moment it suffers a bit from high freq's but nothing that can't be fixed with some remixing and EQ  Cool

Thanks,
Laguna, Kara, NeoN,  for comments.  I enjoyed translating this lovely tune.

@Neon,
If you want to take up the suggestion of Kara, to do a remix, just let me know and I can send you a solo copy of the whistle part for your 'manipulation'.
Enjoyed this.

Neon, James, this sounds very, very great. The whole composition sounds very human indeed. This is the kind of music that let's you forget everything for a while leaving you with a "good feeling" afterwards. Very inspiring !!!

Hi Guys Smiley

Here's the Track, as I mixed it with the fabulus Flute by OffTheWall!
I added a little GlaceVerb to the Whistling Track..

OffTheWall: Thank you Wink

The Eq on the wistle is real good and the verb makes it fit very well in the mix
I would perhaps put it a tiny bit more upfront...

Great song guys

WOW, peter.......you've done wonders with this!!!

It just shows, to me as a mere novice at this game, how the production and mix can be so vital to the outcome.  There is no comparison to my initial version!

Well done that man!

Thanx man Grin

I tried to do my best to mix it as well as possible in FL Studio...!
I used the wonderful and dramatic "GlaceVerb" (the effect on the piano & the Vibraphone as well),
and a multiband compressor as well as an ordinary reverb, and of course a 7 band EQ...

Glad you liked it!

Peter

Hi Neon

Great Tune Buddy!

Sorry it took me so long to check it out!!

These came to mind

I don't know where you are
I thought I saw you drivin in my car
I guess I pushed a little too hard
Thats life

It's too late now but I don't care
We wer'nt going anywhere
I cannot sleep without you there
That's life..

Eh well I'll leave em here to see what you think. OPersonally I tend to write quickly and start sing ASAP too that way I don't second guess my self too much Wink

BTW, I REALLY DIG THIS TUNE!!!

Thanx man! Wink

Nice Lyrics!! I have a vocal melody in my Mind, akind of strange...
I will mix your lyrics with some phrases I've come up with,
and let's see.....
I will use your 2nd Paragraph as Chorus
I have something in my mind with a nice ending...

BTW, did you download the version with the Flutes by OffTheWall?
