...After listening to the the other mixes I wanted to try and duplicate that kind of jam session feel. I don't think I succeeded at that very well... I'm not sure it's better, but it is a little different.

For my taste, I prefer your first mix. More detail, more air.
Not that I don't like your second effort, but the first one has a very individual flavor that gives it a distinct personality.
Comparing the three mixing styles has been a good learning experience - thanks to you and James for going the distance...

I just wanted to let everyone involved know that I've been playing the various mixes for friends and family and I've been really surprised by the response. Maybe I shouldn't have been surprised I knew there was a lot of talent here.

People really seem to like this song! Most seemed curious about doing something like this with people that you've never meet. When I've played the results I've been really surprised by the positive reactions. You all deserve a hearty slap on the back and an atta-boy.

Oren you are correct about my second mix, it was more about me satisfying my own demons. You know I would have had the pedal steel in there if I could have.
