I just saw on CNN news that United NOW will give him money for the broken guitar.  They are also considering using the video as a “handlers training film” according to CNN.

I'm very pleased to read that the man is being compensated for his axe....good for him!
If United busted my Korg,I would not be so polite about it...I'd ram my God***n fist down his throat.
The United States Parcel Service busted up my old Korg O1/W into many pieces,but I was not there to witness the act.....but I did call the corporate office and fought with them for 6 months and eventually received a check.
The motherf**kers would not hand over the check until I sent them my damaged Korg though and as luck would have it,the O1/W was out of production,so I never got it back.
