Jazz or Rock

Is this a jazz or rock song?  It started out as a rocker but I added some elements of jazz so now I'm confused.  Thus I will let you decide what genre it represents.

I am playing the bass line through out as well as the intro treble line of the Arturia's Vox Continental organ VSTi.  I am also playing the Swam alto sax via my wind controller. Band-in-a-Box is supplying the balance of the tracks.

Don't really know what the confusion is about....as many bands are hybrids of 2 different genres....such as The Doors, for example. Pretty unique little tune....
