Yesterday we went to a jazz barr in the nearest town from where we live (which is still 35 km away  Roll Eyes )
The was a polish piano player who was actually very good in improvising on a theme. He gave me the inspiration to make this song.
Again just my Gem keyboard and Boss recorder with the integrated fx of the Boss, no fancy production techniques.

Just put the power on, play & record  Grin

Title : On the road to my girl

k

For live players, the song is in A  Grin

Thanks Oren, the melody line is actually pretty simple and since the song is in A it's easy to play around with it, improvising a bit on main theme. As a guitar player, you know what I mean Grin

Well as a keyboard player, you should have noticed that there are a couple of small errors in the variations Cheesy
The price to pay when you play in it one go and don't do any editing to it....
Or actually it means that I don't play enough anymore....

tbh I didn't pay much attention to that since the playing is very expressive, so it works well...  Wink
....and you made clear it's a live recording or 1st take thing  Cool

I never did do enough practice Smiley

This is a very bright lively tune. Fits the title perfectly.

As for making the odd mistake... if you didn't ever, then you would be insufferable Grin

Hi K,

what a pretty little song. Sunny and funny Grin
Cool melodic work.
I just found the delay on percussions a bit disurbing.
But as it's a 'One Take'...  Cool

thanks!!
